Rainbow老师是陕西师范大学2008年优秀本科毕业生。之后，她一直从事英语教学工作，在这期间的头两年主要从事中学教学。这两年不仅见证了她如何成为一名合格的教师，而且也证实了她如何成为一个可亲可敬的独立个人的成长过程。在她的脑海中，一个人作为一名教师的优秀品质和成为一个独立的个人或一个朋友的品质是一样重要的，这一切让她总能成为一个学生心目中受欢迎的老师。

2010年她来到上海，在上海交通大学海外培训部受聘教授雅思及新托福，这极大地开阔了她的视野，也给她的生活带来了新的血液。渐渐地，她尤其对雅思听力和阅读感兴趣。教学相长此话不假，她变得更有经验了，能准确知道教学主题的学习困难：如不良的发音，杂乱语法，语言环境的缺乏，或在语言的兴趣的缺失等问题。首先在明确诊断后，她知道每个学生的明确方法。

2011年，Rainbow老师加入智赢国际英语。大多数学生在她的帮助下得到了他们想要的理想成绩，其中一些人拿到了听力和阅读的高分。

Rainbow. Zhang was an excellent undergraduate of Shaanxi Normal University of 2008. After graduation she has been focusing on English teaching , during which the first two years middle school teaching was the main target. These two years witnessed a wonderful improvement on her not only as a qualified teacher but also as an admirable individual. In her mind, the good qualities of being a person or a friend to another are as important as the qualities to be a teacher, which always makes her a wonderful teacher in students' eyes.

In 2010,she moved to Shanghai, which greatly broadened her horizon and brought new blood to her life. At the same time, she started to get into IELTS and TEOFL teaching in Oversea training Department affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In the process she found the teaching itself was the greatest teacher for herself. Thus she became more and more experienced and knew the problems for a specific target in English learning such as poor pronunciation, unsystematic grammar, lack of language environment or deprivation of interest in language. In 2011, she joined smartwin International English ?Most students got what they wanted under her guidance, some of whom got very high scores ?in listening and reading .
